[Step 1 & 2 : Order placed]

Ownlikes usually process orders placed with full payment received before 2pm on the next working day.

 

Buyers are recommended to initiate conversation via Company Whatsapp message with payment screenshot to expedite order processing for urgent request.

[Step 3 & 4: Parcel Ready]

Parcel that has ex-stock may be ready within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of order. Updates will be provided to update delivery/self-collection. Depending on type of delivery/shipping plan selected, tracking number for order may be provided later.

 

Reach out to us if you did not hear from us within 3 working days after full payment is made.

Actual order delivery date depends on the services selected upon cart check out page.

Please note that any changes to your order after confirmation/payment made will only be attended to at our best efforts.

 

If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to accommodate requests for changes in order/exchanges of items/cancellation.

This applies for changes in delivery addresses/additional special requests as well.

1) Local Delivery in Singapore

(OwnShop Orders)

for order value more than SGD 250

before GST for one delivery address.

Default: 1 order = 1 address.

Delivery Fees listed in table below is determined based on

one order and one Singapore address

that is not in restricted zone / special zone. 

Additional fees applies for delivery to more than one location.

​Please note that delivery fees listed before yet to include GST. Total amount payable for one order including delivery fees and applicable GST will be calculated at check out page for buyers to confirm payment.​

For orders that are not urgent, we strongly recommend to use "Standard" local delivery. We generally process orders fast.

Orders that require prioritising and expedition is recommended to choose suitable delivery plan to avoid disappoint and any operational disruptions. Such urgent arrangements will incur higher delivery fee as shown above in "Express" and "Next Day Delivery". This helps us to cover costs for dedicated trips to fulfil order.

Cut-off timing for order to be processed / confirmed / scheduled for delivery, is by 2pm on a working day.

Usual fulfilment target time will be based on mode of delivery selected during check out. 

Buyers may choose local Standard delivery during check out but receive order much earlier than target time indicated. This may be due to route planning or other operational planning. However, earlier delivery should not be expected without subscribing to intended expected date of delivery.

Mode of delivery paid at check out is priority for Ownlikes to fulfil. If the indicated delivery plans are not suitable for buyers to consider, please reach out to Ownlikes team immediately during working hours.

At times when we receive high volume of orders to process, buyers may only be able to choose standard delivery or there may be delay in delivery for paid orders. Please check back on website for any notifications on latest updates and we seek everyone's understanding in this. (we really want to deliver all your requests quickly!)​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Generally, you will receive notification (email/call/whatsapp) from us to update you on your order status:

  • Payment received

  • Order confirmed

  • Order shipped out of warehouse - with our delivery team.

  • Order delivered

Please ensure that there will be some one to receive orders delivered. We do accept contactless delivery.

Ownlikes Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any missing/damaged goods delivered due to such arrangements.

Note: there may or may not be any tracking number for this delivery. Updates will be via contact provided with order.

2) Self Collection / Pick-up

(OwnShop Orders)

Choose "Store Pick-Up" at cart page before making payment in OwnShop

Self-Collection is FREE, strictly by appointment only.

 

You will receive notification (email/call/whatsapp) from us

for orders made in OwnShop to set up an appointment time

with us at our Collection Address:

8 Lorong Bakar Batu

#04-03, Singapore 348743

​​Collection hours: 10am - 5:30pm, (avoid lunch time 12pm - 2pm)

 

If you did not hear from us within 48 hours, do drop us a whatsapp with you order ID at (65) 8714 1885 for our customer service team to follow up with you.

​

Important: Do check your spam or junk email folders if you do not receive an email after 48 hours.

Check: If you have provided us your contact number for us to book an appointment time with you.

​

- SELF-COLLECTION ORDERS NOT COLLECTED -

After receiving order confirmation email, your orders are to be collected within 14 days after receipt of the email unless otherwise specified. 

Orders that are not collected within 14 days will be returned to our collection address above.

Please contact us at contact@ownlikes.com.sg before heading to our collection address. 

Orders which remain uncollected for 20 days from the self-collection confirmation email date shall be forfeited at the discretion of Ownlikes Pte. Ltd. without refunds.

3) Order via External Platform

E.g. Ownlikes Official Shopee / Lazada

Note: Orders placed on Shopee/Lazada are not linked to OwnShop. ​

These transactions are not made directly to Ownlikes, Ownlikes will not be able to be accountable to issues from transactions on these platforms.

Any transactions on Shopee/Lazada will be addressed only on their platforms with Shopee/Lazada. Ownlikes will not be responsible for any missing/damaged goods delivered by platform's third party logistics.

​

Default Shopee/Lazada orders are fulfilled by platform's third-party logistics like Shopee Express, Ninjavan, etc. 

​

Usually they take 2-3 working days to reach customers.​

​​

For "Seller Store Pick-Up" for orders placed on external platform will only be available on next working day.

​

For assistance on your Shopee/Lazada items/orders, you may contact via Shopee Chat/Lazada Chat. â€‹

For delivery matters, do seek help from Shopee/Lazada's customer service on assistance.​

In the event we are not able to ship out your orders within 3 working days for any reason,

we will inform you at the soonest time possible.

There might be possibility that our items run our of stock or the couriers meet with unexpected delays. 

In such circumstances, our customer service team will update you at the soonest time possible.
