Delivery will be completed within 7 working days from the date your order is successfully placed with us.

For example:

If you order on 7 September 2024 (Saturday), you will receive your parcel latest by 17 September 2024 (Tuesday).

Orders placed on Ownshop are considered successful only when you have made payment and received an invoice with an order ID.

If the item is out of stock, you may receive notifications when it becomes available again.
