When will I receive my order?

Generally, delivery will be completed within 5 working days from the date your order is successfully placed with us.
Refer to the shipping / delivery plan you choose at check out for better reference.

Target delivery window starts after cut-off timing of 2pm.

For example:
If you order on 7 September 2024 (Saturday), you will receive your parcel for a local standard delivery by 16 September 2024 (Monday).

How do I know if I have placed an order successfully?

Orders placed on Ownshop are considered successful only when you have made payment and received an invoice with an order ID.

Can I modify my order after placing an order successfully?
