Frequently asked questions

Generally, delivery will be completed within 5 working days from the date your order is successfully placed with us. Refer to the shipping / delivery plan you choose at check out for better reference. Target delivery window starts after cut-off timing of 2pm. For example: If you order on 7 September 2024 (Saturday), you will receive your parcel for a local standard delivery by 16 September 2024 (Monday).

Orders placed on Ownshop are considered successful only when you have made payment and received an invoice with an order ID.

Any change or modification when the order is confirmed/after payment is subjected to approval. Do write in to us via our Official Email: contact@ownlikes.com.sg

If the item is out of stock, you may receive notifications when it becomes available again.

If you encounter issues like incorrect shipments or damaged goods, you should contact us immediately.
