When will I receive my order?Delivery will be completed within 7 working days from the date your order is successfully placed with us. For example: If you order on 7 September 2024 (Saturday), you will receive your parcel latest by 17 September 2024 (Tuesday).

How do I know if I have placed an order successfully?Orders placed on Ownshop are considered successful only when you have made payment and received an invoice with an order ID.

Can I modify my order after placing an order successfully?Any change or modification when the order is confirmed/after payment is subjected to approval. Do write in to us via our Official Email: contact@ownlikes.com.sg

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?If the item is out of stock, you may receive notifications when it becomes available again.

What should I do if I encounter problems with my order?If you encounter issues like incorrect shipments or damaged goods, you should contact us immediately.

Can I self-collect my order?Customers may request for self-collection only via Official Whatsapp and Official Email channels. Self-collection is not available for "OwnShop" website orders currently. "OwnShop" orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order confirmation page.

When will you ship my order?Orders will be processed, packed and shipped out within 3 working days after you have successfully placed an order with us.

What should I do if I need my order urgently?We strongly encourage you to opt for self-collection should you need your order urgently.

I don’t know if I have made payment, is my order confirmed?After you complete the payment process, you should receive a confirmation email from “OwnShop”. This email consists of details such as your order number, purchased items and shipping address.
