EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacture defective items and/or wrong packing by our team.
Should you receive a defective item, do reach out to Ownlikes' OwnCrew at: contact@ownlikes.com.sg.
All exchanges or returns must be investigated, handled and processed at our office/warehouse - unless otherwise stated or arranged by Ownlikes' OwnCrew.
All exchange / return / refund is subject to approval and/or discretion by Ownlikes Management Team.
Promotional items or items purchased with vouchers and discounts are not eligible for returns / refunds / exchanges if not due to manufacture defects and/or wrong order packed.
APPROVED EXCHANGED PRODUCTS & APPROVED RETURNED ITEMS
Exchanged products must be of equal or higher value, requiring a top-up if the value is higher.

Returned items must meet the criteria of being in their original condition, packaging, and include all parts and accessories within 7 calendar consecutive days of delivery to qualify for eligibility.
For approved returns, we will issue a refund in the form of one Ownlikes online store voucher, excluding delivery charges and promotional discounts, upon approval of the return and refund request.

RAISE A REQUEST

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses and the buyer will be notified within 3 business days about the return's eligibility.

All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per invoice.

Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Return requests should reach Ownlikes at contact@ownlikes.com.sg within 7 calendar consecutive days from the date of receipt before appointment is made to visit our office/warehouse. Email should consist of the following information:

Item(s) to be returned

Reason(s) for the return

Photographs and/or videos of your purchase (upon receive and opening of parcel)

Any other details regarding the defective / wrong product received

REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to the discretion of Ownlikes Management.

OwnCrew will acknowledge your request and confirm your details for initial investigation.

Please note that the buyer will bear the shipping expenses for returning the item(s) to Ownlikes and is responsible for the safety of the delivery. Ownlikes will not be responsible for any loss or damages due to this return delivery.

Upon meeting our return policies and confirming the original condition of the items, all returns will be processed within the next 7 business days.

An email notification will be dispatched to you promptly upon completion of the refund from our end.

Approved refund(s) will be issued in Ownlikes OwnShop voucher within 7 business days.

OwnShop voucher issued due to approved refund(s) may not be equivalent value to purchase amount made, since refunds will be based on a case-by-case basis and approved refund amount may be partial approved.

Should the return not be accepted, the customer has two options:

Collect the items from Ownlikes office/warehouse.

Request item return through Ownlikes appointed courier service ($25 fee).

Returns not collected within 14 calendar consecutive days may be disposed or forfeited by Ownlikes.​
